This package provides components to help PHP application development.

It provides several types of class that can perform useful functions during PHP application development.

Currently, it provides:

- A bug catcher class that can handle PHP errors and displays related information on the current Web page

- A console output class to display information in a nicer way when PHP is started from the CLI console

- A request class to check the current HTTP request variables to extract relevant values

- A environment detector class to check if PHP is running from the shell or from a Web server
