BurgeATS: CRM, Ticketing system, and employee manangement
This package implements a CRM, Ticketing system, and a employee manangement system using CodeIgniter. It features:
- Allows manage customers and employees, allocating different tasks to different people
- Supports multi-language administration and multiple customer environments
- Track customer tasks in logs
- The task Manager module is implemented by classes that execute each task and are called by the system scheduler to define users for which task should be executed
- Can set customer events in the customer manager, like urgent call, or email sent, which indicates an action that should be done for that customer.
- The ticketing and messaging system (TMS) allows exchanging messages between different parts of organizations including departments, customers, and users.

Yes, Ticketing system is part of BurgeATS.
Srinivasan, it allows different types of messages:
- customer to department
- department to customer
- user to user
- and also customer to customer
Each user can be a member of a number of departments. BurgeATS ticketing system provides message redirecting to different users/departments. So if a message has been sent to a department/user, other departments/users can be added to contribute in the message.
